Its better to go to some private typing center rather then this. They will never guide you what to do next, you are on your own. Best of luck if you are not an arabic speaker .

Very poor service , you see many people working but they spend lots of time to process documents. Plus, you easily can see people jump the line while we were waiting !!

The service is poor, The manager had to take us by himself to the typing person although we had ticket but they don’t follow it, we had to wait almost 3 hours just to have a virtual meeting with the notary public, moreover the network was very poor which caused a huge delay for all who’s waiting their turn. The one who’s responsible in taking the calls and arranging was the security guard who’s almost know how to speak or understand Arabic, such place should have an employee handling all the requests and deal with the notary to fasten the process and practice proficiency! And please fix your network issues

I have no complain with the counter staff, they concentrate on prosessing the docs of the customers, only I observed a sort of discrimination with the Arabic supervisor, he is assisting properly those arabic coming in, where us other nationality when u ask him questions he will simply answer u with a rude expression. He is not even qualified to handle his job as a supervisor for customer service. Just came there today morning 07-01-2021. Hope the management will educate him to not show again this sort of discrimination.

I went to get an emirates ID application typed and they charged 85 dirhams more than the other typing centers but the form they provide in black and white did not work at the ICA office, than I had to travel back again to get a pdf.

Supposed to start at 8 AM. At 8:27 AM, the guy casually strolled in having 5 people waiting for him. No ethics and no interest in working shown. And for some reason, a customer who came after I did was called before I do even tho I took the token number before he did. I wouldnt recommend this branch to anyone, and I would urge the management to take a good look on how things are going here

Very poor service, seems that all the emplees are making you a favor instead of being there to make the job done. The working hours should be until 8pm, I arrived at 7:24pm and it had the doors locked.Very sad to see this kind of poor commitment to work coming from such a beautiful and powerful nation.

Tasheel means making it easy, that is the opposite of what they do! They give you a list of papers to prepare, then ask for more papers afterwards!They are too slow and take thier sweet time!Locals jump the queue and walk in without tokens!Many counters and few employees, even fewer ones actually working! Especially at 8 am, 90% of employees talking while you wait!

Extreamly crouded and slow... I had to wait for more than 2 hours only to pay for #DamanInsurance (after very long process of getting the quotation) although my number was 17... Most likely this is Daman employees working here...

Very Poor Service... I went too many tasheel center in abu dhabi, but this is the worst one.. Nobody know the rules ...If you are english speaker then it would be very tough time for u...Dont go here, they will simply wasting our golden minutes....
